Earlier career was with Ford Motor Company where the business benefits from her psychology approach led to the setting up of Ford of Britain’s first unit of psychologists. Developed her understanding of ‘leadership & authority’ working for the Grubb Institute of Human Relations, together with the Tavistock Institute.
She trained originally as a classical singer in opera & lieder.

Marijke is a psychologist & senior HR professional with more than 15 years' experience of working with business leaders & their teams.
